Marketing Intern - Ft. Wayne Indiana

Katz, Sapper & Miller is the largest Indianapolis-based accounting firm and recognized as one of Indiana's "Best Places to Work".  We have opened a new office in downtown Fort Wayne and currently seeking a Marketing Intern for our Fort Wayne location.    

Job Description  

• Preparation and production of new business proposals and presentations
• Assist with supporting other marketing and business development activities as needed including, but not limited to: seminars/round tables/tradeshows, sponsorships, electronic communications and sales support materials (sales sheet, brochures, presentations etc.)
• Organize and maintain inventories of marketing literature and promotional items
• Coordinate and prepare materials for awards, directories, media surveys, etc.
• Provide general administrative duties, special projects as needed and other duties as assigned

• Working towards a Bachelors or Master degree in Marketing or related field
• Strong Microsoft office skills including MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including superior editing and proofreading
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment     
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Sound judgment and problem solving abilities
• Ability to juggle a variety of duties simultaneously, and at times, under pressure
